The year of our Lord 2023 is about to bow out, and we still don’t have a concrete date on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, at least not at the time of writing this. All we know is that this much-anticipated sequel should be released sometime this year (or whatever’s left of it).

Get ready to explore or re-explore the heart of the Warhammer 40,000 universe with Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, coming 12+ years after its same-name predecessor’s 2011 release. If you've ever craved the adrenaline-pumping action of shooting Xenos into oblivion while unleashing devastating melee combat, this video game is your intergalactic ticket to mayhem.

Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, Space Marine II remains a third-person action extravaganza, where the thrill of battle is just as much about precision shooting as it is about slicing and dicing enemies.

Picture this: You, armed to the teeth, facing off against hordes of Xenos, feeling the echoes of Gears of War's influence in every heart-pounding moment. That’s not the only game that left its mark on this sequel. Teamwork will take center stage in this installment. Despite the chaotic battlefield, the game will encourage you to join forces with AI teammates or two of your real-world buddies for an all-out, action-packed campaign. Whether you're flying solo or forming a battle squad, the intensity of the Xbox Series X game action remains unmatched.

As the battle drums beat louder and the Xenos threat looms, Space Marine 2 promises an immersive experience for both new and seasoned players. So, grab your bolter, sharpen your chain sword, and prepare for a galactic showdown that will leave you on the edge of your ergonomic gaming chair.

Over 13 years and an entirely new gaming generation later, it’s time to fasten your seatbelts because the saga continues with The Lost Crown, coming to Xbox Series X this January. This time, we'll see a revival of the 2.5D game with a captivating open-world-style action platform. The Lost Crown promises a combat system that's not just good; it's exceptional! Brace yourselves for gameplay that will leave you wide-eyed and grinning. As you take on the role of our sword-wielding protagonist, the real-time combat the franchise is known for will take center stage, delivering an experience that's as exhilarating as it is challenging.

Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster – February 28, 2024

The only thing rarer than Leap Year is a new addition to the Star Wars universe. This extra February day will have an extra kick to it, thanks to Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster.

Get ready for a journey through the stars! Before we get all excited for Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster, let's take a trip down memory lane with the original Dark Forces. Back in 1995, when pixels were still finding their sea legs, Dark Forces emerged as a gaming masterpiece. It depicted the galaxy oppressed by the mighty Empire, where the Rebel Alliance discovers a colossal weapon capable of obliterating planets.

This very Dark Forces is getting a modern-day makeover with the remaster, and it's landing on your favorite Xbox Series X gaming console. The force is strong with this one, and it's bringing a new level of gaming excitement to a whole new generation.

Like its predecessor, Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster is a journey into a galaxy far, far away. Unlike its predecessor, the remaster comes with enhanced visuals and immersive gameplay. Kyle Katarn's tale of redemption and rebellion is back, and this time, it's more epic than ever.

What makes Dark Forces stand out? It's not just about the lightsabers and space battles (though those aren’t half bad). Dark Forces offers a coherent storyline, realistic missions, and familiar locations from the Star Wars universe. Prepare to commence a remastered adventure that honors the legacy of Dark Forces while introducing a new era of gaming excitement. May the force be with you as you enter a revamped galaxy where thrilling missions and epic narratives await.

Bonus: More Star Wars!

Dark Forces isn’t all the Star Wars coming your way next year. Star Wars: Outlaws doesn’t have a release date yet, but you may expect this Xbox Series X game to come out in 2024.

The video game claims to take you on a Galactic Civil War adventure with Outlaws, set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. It follows Kay Vess, a spirited scoundrel, in an open-world journey across iconic planets and new landscapes.

Word has it that you can seamlessly transition between ground exploration and space dogfights and experience third-person action-adventure gameplay with a Ubisoft Massive touch. You will also encounter familiar factions, unravel Star Wars lore, and anticipate a galaxy teeming with side quests and guarded locations. If what the developers say is true, we’re so ready for a whimsical Star Wars tale with Kay's antics at the center.
